Founded in 2003 by Frank Billings and Emily Steele,
Happy Tails is committed to providing superior dog
services with emphasis on health, safety and
professionalism. Happy Tails has grown due to the
trusting and loyal relationships with its customers.
Both Frank and Emily have a life-long history of
animal care. They are interested in developing and
supporting social responsibility in their community
and are particularly inspired to help area animal
charities in an effort to help those innocent
creatures who are in need. Emily and Frank are
pleased to share their stories with you and look
forward to getting to know you and your dog soon.
