Frank (Co-Founder and Owner of Happy Tails)
grew up in Concord, New Hampshire where his family
cared for multiple large breed dogs throughout his
life. Having Graduated From USM Frank returned to
Maine in 2003 where he and Emily founded Happy Tails.
Frank is exclusively dedicated to managing Happy Tails'
operations, where he is committed to providing superior
dog services with emphasis on health, safety and
professionalism while developing and supporting social
responsibility in the community.
